Our Vision

We will support/send qualified missionaries to unreached/unengaged people groups where access to the gospel is limited. These missionaries will make disciples and develop Christian leaders that build church communities that are eventually self-sustaining.

Each of the missionaries we support partner with a sending organization to ensure they are well equipped.

David is a Systems Engineer/Programmer. To benefit from the Bible in their language, people need to read it in their own script (writing system). Many languages around the world are written in scripts other than the Roman script used for English. David works with a team of experts in SIL's Writing Systems Technology department to develop software tools that facilitate the use of complex scripts, such as those found in Asia. By enabling computers to use these scripts, he’s equipping people to engage with God in their heart language. Jenny is a Leadership Development Specialist. Thriving servant leaders are crucial to the Bible translation movement and deserve support in their challenging roles. Jenny draws on her strong relational skills and leadership experience as she comes alongside such leaders in French-speaking Africa. In addition to mentoring and coaching them, she prepares tools to enable present and future leaders to provide effective service.

Gary and Esperanza Williams, originally from Washington state and Colombia, respectively, are Avant missionaries in Guatemala City. Gary has taught Bible for more than 40 years at the Central American Theological Seminary (SETECA), where more than 1,400 students from 20 countries train for a variety of ministries. He also edits Kairós, SETECA's theological journal for Christian leaders. Esperanza leads Club 3:16, a growing ministry she founded in 2013 to meet spiritual and social needs of the poor (men, women, and children) in El Encinal, our large neighborhood.

The Koikes have been missionaries with Word of Life (WOL)-Japan since 1991.The Koikes are working with a local church ministry in both Sendai and in Minami-sanriku, one of the areas hit by the tsunami in 2011. They also help with SYME (School of Youth Ministry in English). They had been involved with the International Camp, taking Japanese teens to WOL Island Camp in NY until the Covid pandemic stopped travel. Their ministry with teens includes oversight of teen programs at several local churches, bible clubs, Camps, one-on-one discipleship, College English Class and leadership training in Sendai. They also conduct a Bible Cafe and an English Cafe in Minamisanriku where they teach English to women and students using the Bible.

Push The Rock (PTR) is a global sports ministry that creates life-changing experiences through sports by introducing people to Jesus and helping them live and play for Him. Scott joined PTR in November 2019 as head of North American Operations and is a member of the PTR senior leadership team. Scott oversees all aspects of operations in the US, including hiring and developing staff members, strengthening programs and partnerships, and strategic planning for the organization. Scott also helps provide strategic direction to Eagles Wings Disc Golf ministry.  In addition, Scott leads afterschool programs in public schools in the Lehigh Valley PA region, homeschool PE programs, and summer sports camps in the Lehigh Valley and Mercer County, NJ.

Ryan was born in NJ but grew up in Indonesia, the son of Missionaries Walter and Diane Kennedy. Ryan enjoyed playing sports growing up, and spending time with his family. When he was 18 he returned to the US to attend college, majoring in Cross Cultural Communications (Missions) at Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBA). He then attended a one year Bible Institute, Kanakuk Institute in Missouri and finally went on to Seminary at Columbia International University (CIU) in South Carolina. During this time he was appointed by TEAM to be a missionary in Indonesia.

Amanda (Mandy) grew up in Florida. She grew up in a family where sharing the gospel was practiced and found she enjoyed it as well. She is an excellent singer, likes to cook, and enjoys helping others. Mandy graduated from Florida State University. Her desire to serve as a missionary comes from a heart that really loves people and cares about their walk with the Lord.

Ryan and Mandy minister to Tribesmen, Muslims, and Christians in Indonesia. Three of the main ministries that Ryan and Mandy are a part of include 1) Teaching at an Indonesian Bible College, 2) Working at a Christian Community Center, 3) Showing the Jesus film in remote tribal villages and distributes Bible lessons/books in the Trade and the Heart languages of 3 remote mountainous tribes (over 40,000 people).. It’s FANTASTIC and dynamic ministry, and they love it.

We are Jonas and Beth Menezes, serving under Avant Ministries in Porto Velho, Brazil. Since Dec 1984 the focus of our obedience to Jesus` Great Commission has been initiating churches in towns and areas where people commit to Jesus Christ as Savior, and pursue Him in discipleship. A body of believers develops, in time organizing itself into a church, and maturing as believers.

Each believer is responsible to minister to another, evangelizing the unbeliever, edifying the believer, and caring for one another. It is everyone's goal to bring at least one person to Christ before the cell multiplies. Cells share, study, and apply God's Word together. Each cell trains more leaders before it multiplies again.

The current church plant is in the Sevilha-Bairro Novo area of Porto Velho that covers 13 neighborhoods. Groups of discipleship have been held weekly for the past two years and the maturing of the participants is visible. The construction of the church building began in Feb 2022 and is ongoing.

For over 75 years, InterVarsity has had a vital presence on hundreds of college campuses, courageously proclaiming Jesus as Lord and Savior, engaging in discipleship around Scripture, and loving people of every ethnicity and culture. Laura supervises the work with graduate students and faculty on campuses in eastern PA, NJ, and Delaware. She also works with the graduate student chapter at Princeton University. InterVarsity is planting chapters of faculty ministry around the area and building witnessing communities of graduate students on the campus.

Dasnis is the Pastor of the Jerusalem Baptist Church in Fort Liberte, Haiti. He and his wife Sherlie have a “Holistic Ministry'' seeing the whole person as body, mind, and soul. They have great passion for improving the life of the people in Ft. Liberte and will continue to work with the Friends of Fort Liberte with the goal of helping alleviate poverty in the Ft. Liberte area. Pastor Dasnis’s greatest passion and focus is on education since he sees this as the most important issue facing the general population of Haiti. He understands that education is the foundation for a better life.

Central has sent a team to Haiti for the past 10 years+ to support the clinic and ministry.

Thor Magnus and Kate Odland are dual Norwegian American Nationals and have been working in missions in Scandinavia for over 20 years. First pioneering outreaches to unchurched, non-believing young people in Norway and Sweden and more recently supporting efforts of legacy Scandinavian missions agencies working in the 10/40 window with Unreached People. They continue to work to support the efforts of the body of Christ in this increasing secularized society, advising, training and teaching leaders in a large network of Christian ministry outreaches and missions organizations on the Scandinavian peninsula. They have 4 school aged children and currently reside in North West Arkansas USA at the headquarters for the Center for Mission Mobilization.

Tom Simcox is the Church Ministries training coordinator and a Bible and prophecy teacher for The Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry, Inc. He preaches and teaches in churches and conferences across the United States, teaches home Bible studies, and engages in one-on-one evangelism. His expertise is in Old Testament. Tom is also a contributing editor and award-winning writer for The Friends of Israel’s bimonthly magazine, Israel My Glory. His heart’s desire is always to communicate Biblical truth about Israel and her Messiah while seeking to bring physical and spiritual comfort to everyone always.

Lorna recently retired as the editor-in-chief of Israel My Glory magazine. She and her team want to teach people the history of anti-Semitism and keep readers abreast of what is happening today.

From 1989 until its dissolution in the late 1990s, Tom also taught as adjunct faculty in the evening school at Philadelphia Biblical University. He also taught at The Friends of Israel’s Institute of Jewish Studies from 1993 until its recent dissolution.

Tom is a 1986 graduate of Philadelphia College of the Bible (now Cairn University) and was formally ordained to the ministry in February 1988 at what was then Calvary Baptist Church in Pemberton, New Jersey.

Allison Stump works full-time for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, serving three athlete chapters at The College of New Jersey, Monmouth University, and Rider University. Allison was born and raised in Ewing, New Jersey, and lived there most of her life until she married Jared Stump and they moved to Yardley, Pennsylvania. Allison played field hockey and was a student leader with InterVarsity in college at Susquehanna University, where her love of athlete ministry began.

Athletes InterVarsity is a ministry of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/ USA, engaging the athletic community; teams, coaches, athletes, trainers, and support staff in questions of who Jesus is. They desire to be a movement of athletes and coaches being transformed by Jesus, renewing collegiate athletics, and their hope is to see world changers developed.

David is the On-air Radio Content Production Consultant and National Church Plant Team Lead Pastor. And Danora is the Women’s State Prayer Chapter Leader, Children’s Ministry Developer and Church/Christian School Accountant.

Their church, the Antioch Church, was organized and established in 2012. They developed church ministries for married couples, children and started a community literacy outreach program. David has consulted, trained and invested in seven AM & FM Radio Stations established in partnership with National Organizations in Brazil, Panama, Bolivia, and Paraguay. He recently met with a Wycliffe ETHNIC radio engineer and drove to the FM 95.1 New Life Radio location of El Torno where they met with the senior pastor of New Life Church, sponsor of the radio station, to discuss improvements to maximize the area the Word of God can be broadcast across the airwaves.
